Job Description

Reporting to the Photography Manager, Mountain Warehouse has an exciting opportunity for a Photography Studio Admin Assistant to join our fantastic team. Responsible for the smooth running of our in-house Photography studio, to ensure all image requirement are met on time. This is a great opportunity for a versatile and creative person, who enjoys a different challenge every day, to develop their skills in a variety of task and situations in an exciting, hands on team.

What you'll be doing

A great introduction into Styling, Photography, Brand Marketing and Ecommerce

  • Assisting the Photographers with studio set-up
  • Liaising with Buying teams to ensure correct samples are provided for photography to meet business deadlines
  • Working alongside the Photographers, assisting with lighting, steaming and styling
  • Creating and maintaining shoot lists to ensure all products are shot before season launch
  • Identifying missing imagery and requesting sample
  • Identifying style changes between products and organising for the image to be updated
  • Managing the flow of samples for photography in and out of the studio
  • Liaising with Buying teams to ensure all images are correctly named
  • Managing the relationship with the external retouching company to ensure all edit requirements and deadlines are met
  • Uploading and assigning images to site
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised studio

  • Numerate and well versed in Excel
  • Experience of Mac and Adobe Creative Suite software, specifically Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom software – desirable
  • Interest in Photography
  • Above all a great attitude and passion for the products we sell with the ability to reflect this in every image
