Director of Learning and Development

Indianapolis, IN

$120-130K + 10% bonus

Our client is looking for a Director of Learning and Development in the Indianapolis, IN area. This Director will partner with executive leaders to define and deliver learning and development strategy and programs. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide team members with ongoing feedback, mentoring, training and development opportunities.
  • Communicate and design the vision and values of the company.
  • Help administer and work out team issues, address concerns, identify potential risks and improve overall processes and outcomes.
  • Prioritize management and team member development, providing frequent coaching.
  • Creates comprehensive talent management plans.
  • Proactively collaborates with others within and outside of the organization to find creative and innovative business solutions.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organization/Leadership Development, Adult Learning, or related field required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in HR, OD or Learning & Development.
  • Oracle or ERP implementation experience a plus.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale training and leadership development project linked to business objectives.
