Who we're looking for:   PMMA polymerization Plant experience is required Good understanding of plant specific operations mechanism & equipment’s start/stop field operation. Basic understanding of instruments Basic knowledge of Distributed Control Systems and emergency shutdown systems. Thorough understanding of plant specific layout and operating process Understanding of plant specific troubleshooting High safety, compliance and environmental awareness level and implementing safety policy and hazard protection       Duties & Responsibilities:   Perform or assist in the start-up or shut down of assigned plant and facilities according to approved operating procedure or instruction. Conduct regular inspections and walk through of plant facilities to ensure plant is functioning efficiently. Spot malfunctions or symptoms and refer to Shift Supervisor or console operator. Maintain field instrument or local measurement in log, and update check-lists as required. Respond to emergency or upset conditions taking necessary field activities, such as flaring, blow down, isolation, diversion, switching with close communication with console operator and/or shift supervisor Collect sample and perform process chemical and physical test as required. Support or Assist Shift supervisor if required and as per instructed such as the cases of:- Communication with other section, Contractor or vendor (Maintenance, Inspection, Contractor, or chemical vendor etc.) Issuing work permit (as per permission level approved by section head) Support or Assist Shift supervisor if required and as per instructed such as the cases of: - Communication with other section, Contractor or vendor (Maintenance, Inspection, Contractor, or chemical vendor etc.) Issuing work permit (as per permission level approved by section head) Perform in-plant housekeeping duties. Excellent English communication skills (Verbal and Writing) Basic maintenance skills Ability to understand field operation in petrochemical field( polymer plant preferable) ,equipment and systems Ability to understand thorough operation procedure and steps to be done Good judgment and fast response to situations Knowledge of light equipment maintenance.    Ability to ensure safe and efficient field operation by monitoring field operating condition

Assist Section Head in developing Key Performance Indicators(KPIs) for different crafts for effective monitoring and control to improve performance Assist Section Head to coordinate with Materials Section of General Admn., for material forecasting and categorizing the critical spares Provide coaching to lower level Field Planners and supervise their work and transfer skills to improve work performance in terms of best standards for planning and scheduling   Qualifications     Minimum Requirements: 8 - 12 years varied craftsman experience in a refining and petrochemical industry ITC qualified from Craftsmen (qualified & completed all Phases of the Maintenance Training Program).

Who we're looking for: Aroma   Plant experience (Console and Field) is required To lead a team of shift operators to achieve safe, stable and efficient operations of a section during a shift with the view of meeting production targets during shift operations Thorough knowledge of plant equipment unit operation, including start/stop and emergency shutdown Thorough knowledge of plant layout and operating process Good command of the English language (Verbal and Written)   Duties & Responsibilities:   Achieve safe and stable operations in the shift by supervising and coordinating plant personnel in startup or shutdown and other major operational changes, ensuring that operators follow all standard operation procedures in the execution of scheduled tasks during shift operation and coordinating plant operations with other connected plant. Coordinate with Maintenance personnel to ensure maintenance activities are conducted with the least disruption to production. Enhance shift operators operational skills and knowledge by regular coaching to meet operational requirements. Ensure minimum disruption to stable operation by detecting plant and equipment problems and implementing counter measures after trouble shooting. Ensure shift operation tasks meet safety and environmental requirements and report  any environmental concerns to Section Manager, Deputy Section Manager or Day Supervisory staff. Verify operating logs to ensure records are accurate.
